Withdrawal & Refund Policy

At Tiny Dreamers Playschool, we strive to maintain fairness for all families while keeping our class sizes small and consistent. To achieve this, we have clear policies regarding withdrawals and refunds for both single sessions and multi-session packages.

These rules ensure that slots are reserved responsibly and that every child gets the best possible learning experience.

1. Single Sessions (₱1,200 each)

• Once a single session is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
• This is because a slot is already reserved exclusively for your child, and resources (teacher planning, materials, and space) are prepared in advance.
• Example: If you book a session for Friday and later decide not to attend, the ₱1,200 fee cannot be refunded or transferred.

2. Session Packages (12, 24, or 36 Sessions)

Families who choose package enrollments receive a discounted rate. Since these packages secure your child’s spot in multiple sessions, the following refund rules apply:

Withdrawal Before the 1st Scheduled Session

• • 25% of the total package fee is non-refundable. This covers administrative, reservation, and preparation costs.
  • 75% of the package fee will be refunded.

Example:

• • 12 sessions = ₱12,000
  • Withdraw before attending any session → ₱3,000 is non-refundable, ₱9,000 refunded.

Withdrawal After the 1st Session but Before Completing 25% of Sessions

• • 50% of the total package fee is non-refundable.
  • The remaining 50% will be refunded.
  • “25% of sessions” means:
    • 12 sessions package → 1–2 sessions = still eligible for 50% refund
    • 24 sessions package → 1–5 sessions = still eligible for 50% refund
    • 36 sessions package → 1–8 sessions = still eligible for 50% refund

Example:

• • 24 sessions = ₱23,000
  • If you withdraw after attending 3 sessions, ₱11,500 (50%) is non-refundable, and ₱11,500 refunded.

Withdrawal After Completing 25% of Sessions or More

• • Once 25% of the sessions are completed, the package fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable.
  • This ensures fairness since the child has already consumed a significant portion of the reserved slot.

Example:

• • 36 sessions = ₱34,000
  • After attending 9 sessions or more, no refund is available.

3. Unused Sessions

• • Unused sessions cannot be carried over to the next month or transferred to another student.
  • This ensures scheduling consistency and prevents overbooking.
  • Exception: If your child cannot continue due to special circumstances (such as prolonged illness or family relocation), the school administration may, at its discretion, provide written approval for rescheduling or partial credit.
